We are well respected in our business community for our quality services. Atik Khaled Chowdhury is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) duly licensed to practice as a Chartered Accountancy firm.

Atik Khaled Chowdhury was formed in the year 1999 with a mission to continuously add value by helping clients succeed. Over 19 years we have excel our skill and strived to focus all our energy and attention on the success of our clients. We believe in the value of relationships and view our clients as our partners in business. The firm has grown into a mediocre CA firm with 4 fellow Chartered Accountants as its partners. Partners are regularly attending the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program conducted by the ICAB to hone their knowledge.

Our partners possessing 140 years of industry experience from the operational level has given them the maturity level to lead and solve any complexity.

In 2013 we moved to our new office located at Motijheel the business hub of the country having all modern amenities. Currently we have 40 associates which include accounting analysts, financial experts, consultants and articled students. Our professional stuffs are committed to provide our clients with close personal attention. During the course of our professional practice we have had the opportunity to carry out assignments on:

  • Audit of Companies, NGO’s, Buying House, Social Organization, DESA, PDB, Educational Institutions, Ministry of GoB Projects, WB projects, Employee Provident Fund and others
  • Taxation – Obtaining TIN Filing Income Tax Return and pleading the Assessment Appeal in respect of Companies/Individuals/Organizations.
  • VAT – Obtaining VAT Registration Certificate, Filing VAT Returns of various concerns.
  • Company Matters – Company Formation, Incorporation, SEC formalities including drafting of Memorandum and Article of Association.
  • Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) – Obtaining approval to do business in Bangladesh as foreign investment of individual and Joint Venture company.
  • Submission of monthly and quarterly return with Bangladesh Bank and NGO Bureau in respect of Foreign Companies and NGO’s respectively.
  • Services towards obtaining recognition of Provident Fund and Gratuity Fund from the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
  • Registration of NGO’s from the concerned authority.
  • Licensing: Obtaining Trade License, Import Registration Certificate (IRC), Export Registration Certificate (ERC), Membership Certificate from Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
